I. Introduction of CGF Impact Crusher

CGF impact crusher is designed and manufactured by introducing advanced technology from Europe. It is characterized by non-key joint and bigger lock torque between blow bar and rotor. In addition, the front and rear rack can be opened using the hydraulic adjusting device, which simplifies the replacement of blow bars and the adjustment of material discharge size. Big crushing chamber and feed opening, as well as increased rotational inertia of rotor contribute to greater reduction ratio and capacity. Widely applied in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industries, CGF impact crusher is suitable for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing of brittle materials with medium hardness, such as, limestone, dolomite, sandstone, graphite, halite, granite, and basalt etc. It is an ideal crushing equipment to get perfect product size in cubic shape.

II. Features of CGF Impact Crusher

2. Front and rear racks can be opened automatically by using the hydraulic adjusting device.
3. The discharge opening size can be adjusted by using the hydraulic device.
4. Most of the liners with same dimensions can be exchanged with each other.
5. Liner is fastened by wedge plate which is easy to install and replace.
6. The third cavity adopts the concept of “stone strikes stone”.
