Iron ore crushing plant is a stepped crushing process: crushing block raw material from about 500mm to fine material about 0-10mm, using primary,
secondary and fine three crushing stages. In primary crushing stage normally use jaw crushers, or select gyratory crushers in large-scale enterprise.
n secondary crushing stage use fine jaw crushers or cone crushers: Fine jaw crushers are selected by small-scale companies for its lower equipment
value, simple construction and easy maintenance, but its discharge setting adjusted minimum 25mm leads to products size just under 40mm. Cone
crusher with more complex construction, high equipment value are selected by large-scale companies for higher capacity, smaller products size, long
service time of wear parts. In fine crushing stage select form many equipment types: hammer crusher(vertical or horizontal), roll crusher, short-head cone crusher and so on.
