        CPF Intelligent impact crusher appeared in China in 1990s which introduced advanced foreign technology. It adopts the force of impact as its crushing principle. During the operation, with the drive of motor, the rotor turns at a high speed. When materials enter the blow bar crushing area above rotor, they are thrown to the impact plates with the strike strength of blow bar for second crushing and finally being discharged at the bottom part. Output sizes and product shape can be changed by adjusting the clearance between impact rack and rotor. CPF Intelligent impact crusher is suitable for crushing stones and rocks with input size less than 500mm and compressive strength less than 250~300Mpa, such as, limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. It is not appropriate for crushing sticky materials or materials with apparent moisture more than 8%-10%. Characterized by cubic shape product size, high reduction ratio, high crushing efficiency and easy maintenance, CPF Intelligent impact crusher is an ideal crushing equipment for highway construction, hydropower construction, water conservancy project, and building industries, etc.
